Additional Notes:

- A deposit of $550 is required to reserve any date. - Full payment is required 21 days before the event. - A $500 security deposit is required in addition to the deposit, refundable 3-7 days after the event depending on damages. - Setup and cleanup fees range from $250-$299, deducted from the $550 deposit.

Add-On Services:

- Weekdays: $300/hour, 3 hours minimum. - Weekends: $500/hour, 2 hours minimum. - Alcohol Fee: $300 (certified bartender and licensed insurance required). - Catering options available upon request with vendor list.

Rental Guidelines

Rental Guidelines Insurance is required for all renters as well as caterers who stay and serve at your event; proof is not required during booking. Renter assumes full responsibility for the strict adherence to all state liquor laws at all times. 

Both professional caterers and self-caterers are allowed. The security deposit is not applied towards the rental fees. Like a damage deposit, the security deposit is refundable after your event, provided the space is left as it was found and without any damage, theft, or breach of agreement.
